The range of Pucci paraphernalia is astonishing.
From playing cards to airplanes, Emilio Pucci carried designer
diversification into areas where many others have feared to tread. What
is most exceptional is that he never gave up control over any item
bearing his name. The whimsical quality of Pucci's designs soon found
themselves in quality rugs, towels, pillows, ceramics, perfumes,
handbags, tights, hats, shoes, silk ties and other fashion accessories
as well as in the

His grandest commission was probably the 1965 creation of the
Braniff International Airlines stewardess' uniforms with color coordinated
airplanes, ticket counters and VIP lounges! Pucci's designs flew over the
stratosphere when, in 1971, he created the emblem for the Apollo 15 Space
Mission.
